Trichur (also known as Thrisshivaperur and formerly, Trichur) is a city in the south Indian state of Kerala . A land of culture and festivals, Thrissur is known for its many festivals and the grandeur of them all, but that is not what makes it a must-visit place in Kerala. There are a number of other places which are equally magical.
