Founded in 2007 by chef Christopher Wang, The Gypsy Fish Company is a sole proprietorship based out of Santa Cruz, CA. Christopher has been a commercial fisherman in Alaska for over 20 years. Coming from a high-end chef background, Christopher has traveled and managed properties of exclusive clients all over the world and recognized an increased demand for sustainable, wild caught fish for a reliable and trustworthy source.
