Helmed by Chef-Owner Emmanuel Stroobant, Saint Pierre is a contemporary French restaurant with a history of fine dining excellence since 2000. Located at One Fullerton, Singapore, the restaurant offers diners one of the best views of the city, with a floor-to-ceiling panorama of the Marina Bay waterfront. The cuisine is guided by Chef Stroobant’s philosophical approach to simplicity and quality of produce. Saint Pierre earned its first MICHELIN Star in the 2017 edition of MICHELIN Guide Singapore, and retained it in the following year. The restaurant was awarded Two MICHELIN Stars in 2019 and has maintained the accolade in 2021 and 2022.
