The BRC Global Standard Food Safety accreditation focuses especially on manufacturers, processing, and/or packaging companies who produce goods for English-speaking markets, such as the UK, Asia, and the USA.
The BRC Global Standard must be followed while selling food in the UK. The British Retail Consortium (BRC) certification, which includes clearly specified business and food safety requirements, is recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). Similar to the IFS Food Standard, BRC certification.
