A Full Taste Restaurant is a full in taste, plant-based restaurant. The restaurant specializes in soups, salads, sandwiches, grain bowls and smoothies that are healthy and geared towards specific disease prevention, and healthy desserts. The restaurant also offers full-service catering to the community. The Executive chef is Michael Elsen, who has been a 30 years chef experience with 17 years of that specializing in plant-based foods. Chef John Ancrum, is a pastry chef who enjoys pleasing the palate while keeping it healthy. The CEO is a Doctor of Public Health who has also been educating people about nutrition for over 20 years and who has realized there is a real need for healthier eating choices from fast food to fine dining.
