As Aristidis Iliopoulos, one of the scientific leaders of the project, Professor of Biology & Genetics and Director of the Biology Laboratory at the School of Medicine of the EKPA, emphasizes to APE-MPE, pneumonia is the first cause of death from infectious causes worldwide.
