Welcome To Delirio Habanero, a little piece of Cuba in Panama. It is a restaurant, bar, and nightclub that has been created to show Cuban gastronomy and culture in Panama for national, Cuban residents in the country and foreigners.
Eat-in Cuban Style- Among its main dishes of Cuban cuisine, prepared by Chef David Saul Gonzales (Panamanian)
and Hector Lara (Cuban), are Picadillo a La Habana, Fried Cow, Pork Suckling Pig Delirium Style, Pork Dumplings,
Pumpkin cream with crispy Serrano ham and Parmesan cheese, Grilled cuts: Delirio beef steak, Deliriosteak with house Chimichurri, T-Bone, Churrasco, New York, Entrana, smoked Pork Chop,
Batabano Prawns served in a Pineapple Boat, Grandma's Chicken Croquettes.
The dishes are accompanied with rice congri or rice and asleep beans or Yoca al Mojo.
