- Bank Account must have Auto-draft as this is how your monthly payment is to be made.

The areas that we are open to are: Dallas and Dallas Area (Allen, Plano, Garland, Mesquite, Richardson, Rowlette, Sachse, Wylie, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Lewisville). First of all, we sell homes in distressed areas, so no dodging bullets, dont worry! We only sell 3 or 4 Bedroom homes, 2-3 Bathrooms and 2 Car Garages.
